How to add hydraulic oil to manual hydraulic forklift

Manual hydraulic forklift equipment is not only simple in structure, but also convenient and quick to operate. At the same time, the cost of equipment is relatively low. It is widely used in short-distance transportation in industrial production, especially in some factories, workshops and warehouses. However, this type of equipment will leak hydraulic oil during long-term use, so we need to manually add hydraulic oil after a certain number of years of use.

1. Select hydraulic oil

2. The hydraulic oil needs to be filtered during the adding process, and the refueling tools should be cleaned.

3. Operation steps: There is a rubber plug on the cylinder shell of the manual hydraulic forklift, we can directly pull out the rubber plug to add hydraulic oil; or remove the chain wheel frame on the ejector rod, then pull out the hydraulic ejector rod and add hydraulic oil.

4. New hydraulic oil can be used for flushing during the adding process. After the flushing oil is released, new hydraulic oil can be added.

5. Flush with new hydraulic oil first, then release the flushing oil and then fill in new hydraulic oil.

6. It should be noted that after the oil change is completed and before the engine is started, the motors and pumps must be exhausted, otherwise the crane equipment is prone to abnormal operation or even damage to components.
