1. Remove the circlip of the worm head and rotate the worm counterclockwise until the worm can be taken off.

2. Open the balancer cover.

3. Take off the tower wheel and spring shell assembly, and then separate the tower wheel and spring shell (remove 6 screws). At the beginning, you need to be careful to see if the spring is in the spring shell.

4. The replacement of springs or steel wire ropes or tower wheels must follow the above methods.

5. When replacing the spring, first remove the safety pin on the side of the spring shell, then find a longer iron hook, put the spring shell assembly (old) in a bucket, hook the spring center with the iron hook to the spring Just pull it out, pay attention that people need to stay away from the spring during operation.

6. After the old spring is processed, the new spring can be hammered into the spring shell in sequence. When the spring enters the spring shell, the iron ring that binds the spring will automatically fall off. Use a steel rod to put the first spring Knock it to the end, and then put in the second spring, using the same method as above, knock the second spring to be as flat as the spring shell, and finally install the previously removed safety pin.

7. Restore the balancer to its original state according to the order of disassembly, and rotate the worm clockwise for 80-110 times.
