Lubrication common sense

1. The lubrication method of the reducer for lifting is to inject it from the self-filling hole, and the lubricating oil should use 50# mechanical oil;

lubrication time every six months is better.

the lubrication time is once every six months.

3. Wire rope and drum The lubrication method is to apply the surface, the lubricating oil is wire rope grease; the lubrication time is once a week.

4. Hook pulley bearing/wheel The lubrication method is to squeeze in lubricating oil, the name of the lubricating oil is calcium-based lubricating oil;

the lubrication time is once every six months.

5. Lifting and running the motor. The lubrication method is painting, and calcium-sodium-based grease lubricating oil should be used;

the interval is once every six months.

Structural characteristics

1. The explosion-proof electric hoist is composed of several parts that can be disassembled separately. It is very convenient to use, maintain and repair,

and can shorten the repair cycle.

2. The explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof control box are separate explosion-proof structures.

The control buttons, limit switches, and explosion-proof lifting weight limiter all meet the corresponding explosion-proof requirements.

3. The parts are widely used and interchangeable.

4. The reducer adopts standard modular cylindrical gears, which is convenient for maintenance.

Explosion-proof points 　　

1. The electrical components of the electric hoist include: lifting and running motors, control boxes, control buttons, stoppers, etc.,

all use self-contained explosion-proof equipment. 　　

2, the use of flexible cable type power inlet. 　　

3. Explosion-proof measures are taken for the mechanical parts. In order to prevent the electric hoist from friction and impact during operation,

high-temperature sparks are generated, and the relevant parts are treated. 　　

(1) Inject proper amount of mechanical oil into the lifting and running reducer. 　　

(2) Grease the reel and wire rope. 　　

(3) The left and right stop blocks on the limit rod and the limiter socket of the limiter are made of bronze or stainless steel. 　　

4. The surface temperature of the electric hoist during normal working hours shall not exceed 110°C.
